I help brands tell their story, connect with audiences and use a range of communications tools to meet their business objectives.
For several years, I headed up comms and public affairs for Oasis, the community development and education charity. I worked with senior leaders to understand and articulate their purpose, implement a new digital architecture, establish an effective press office and build a stronger relationship with government, MPs and stakeholders.
I am passionate about politics, serving as a ward councillor on Croydon Council. In 2015, I contested the Parliamentary seat of Rother Valley in South Yorkshire.
I began my career devising and delivering marketing and corporate communications plans for some of the world’s leading brands. These ranged from consumer tech giants such as eBay to global strategy for P&G’s beauty portfolio. I have the versatility to adapt to different markets and categories – including food and drink, finance, healthcare, technology, sport and cosmetics.
I have worked for several of the UK’s leading PR agencies. I have also spent time in house, including a stint in the UK corporate and public affairs team for Wrigley-Mars UK.
