I have more than 20 years senior-level business and communications experience including expertise in business and brand strategy, reputation management and crisis and issues management.
My experience spans in-house and agency roles in a range of sectors. Most recently, I led the communications team at ABTA, the travel association, leading the travel industry’s communications and media handling on a large number of high-profile crises and issues including terrorist attacks, Covid-19, large company failures and natural disasters.
I’ve held senior roles at Kimberly-Clark, BP plc and Future plc and at reputation management consultancies Hill & Knowlton and Fishburn Hedges.
I have extensive experience as a broadcast media spokesperson and have appeared regularly on national and regional TV and radio including on BBC Breakfast, ITV and BBC News, Panorama and Radio 4 Today programme.
