That’s meant training 25,000 tech employees to be more confident and consistent writers, saving their company millions. It’s meant advising senior FTSE-100 executives on their annual reports. And it’s meant creating and rolling out culture change programmes across multiple offshore customer experience centres.
I’ve also gained a 360° view of how branding and business works, having had senior agency roles, run two of my own companies and spent eight years as a head of brand at BT Group.
